Duncan assists financial institutions, investment banks/arrangers, public and private companies and other market participants in relation to debt capital markets, bank financing and restructuring. In particular, Duncan advises regularly on corporate financings and high-yield bond issuances, including in the energy, shipping and offshore and aviation sectors, and in relation to green and sustainability-linked financings. 

Duncan is experienced in hybrid/perpetual and other subordinated capital structures, as well as convertible bond issues, and has also been involved in a number of Norway's largest financial restructurings of recent years.

Duncan is qualified in England and Wales, as well as the Republic of Ireland, and is often involved in transactions with a cross-border dimension.
