Fredrik's work includes legal assistance to Norwegian and international clients on all types of transactions, including acquisitions, mergers/demergers, equity investments, reorganisations and business collaborations. Prior to joining Wikborg Rein, Fredrik worked as a CEO in the food chain, Bagel & Juice,  providing him with unique business insights and a great understanding of client needs. 

Fredrik holds a master degree from the University of Oslo.
